Nom Nom Nom: Salsa Chicken

I’m not a master chef. But, every once in awhile I find something delicious AND easy! Yippee! This salsa chicken is delicious, simple, and only three ingredients!

Salsa Chicken

Ingredients:

  • Frozen Chicken
  • Salsa
  • Cream Cheese

Instructions:

Throw ingredients in the crock pot for 2 hours on high. Shred chicken, and serve!

See? EASY!

As far as how much of each – I used two big chicken breasts, half a container of cream cheese and just dumped salsa on top of it all! It was more than enough for two of us, with leftovers.

I served it as a burrito/taco thing with cheese and lettuce, but it’s also delicious on top of rice! (Yes, I used 90 second microwavable rice!)

I think that we did something similar to this not too long ago. Another Pinterest recipe tryout? We seem to be finding a lot of those on there anyway. My girlfriend simply has a field day especially with the recipes that require little to no effort to create.

Good post. Now I know where I can get good recipe ideas from 🙂
